The dark wood flooring, sea breeze blue walls and abstract artwork creates a relaxing atmosphere. A brown plush horse-shoe shaped sofa creates a living area ideal for lounging and watching a movie on the flat panel TV with large speakers.

The kitchen has been recently updated featuring stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water feature and a dishwasher. There are several bar stools at the kitchen counter and a dark wood dining table with seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a king bed featuring recessed lighting above the bed and a ceiling fan for keeping cool in the summer. There is one bathroom with a double vanity, beautiful white porcelain sinks, and shiny new hardware built into the dark wooden cabinetry. There is a full bath with blue tile accenting, maintaining the sleek contemporary look of the property. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat panel TV.

There is a shared laundry room with non-coin operated washer and dryer. 1 carport spot is provided for parking.

Wood floors, quartz countertops, 2 flat screens TV's, comfortable beds, new BBQ grill, boogie boards, and more!!
