This cute lower unit is perfect for a small family who wants to be close to one of the best beaches in the area and near The Landing, with the newly remodeled Pavilions grocery store, restaurants and shops.

The patio is cute, and gets lovely sun all day long. There is a patio table with chairs and a charcoal grill for grilling your favorite meat and veggies. The sofa converts to a queen bed in the evening) and TV for entertainment. There is a dining area with seating for 6, and several barstools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has all the essentials, including a dishwasher. The queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. There is an additional bathroom to accommodate guests.

There is one car garage parking provided in a shared garage, and a shared coin operated washer and dryer within the garage.

Great location bad vacation!

We loved this house and the location however we did not know when we booked that the would be construction on the upstairs unit the whole week including the weekend we were there..Think of a nice relaxing vacation with hammering, sawing and people going up and down the stair starting at 7:30 am.. We were very disappointed and didn't get much help from the management staff..We won't be renting from Burr White again...

We enjoyed the Newport Beach area so much that we will be back again, hopefully next year, but for sure in 2015! Everything was an easy walking distance and we only used a car to go to Disneyland. That was a real plus for our trip.I think the condo needs some care and cleaning. Rooms and bath countertops(cracks around the drain) looked pretty worn and dated. The carpet should be gone! It looks ancient and stained. Tile is the only way to do floors in a beach house.Kitchen was well equipped and everything was in working order, new fridge and stove were great, except for the toaster, but we found another one stashed away. There was no broom (again, sand everywhere)& the mop was broken & not really usable. No noise problems with neighbors at all. We like the bed arrangement in the front bedroom for mom & dad to be with the two little ones in the same room. we might come back to this unit again, but will look for a more updated one first. This one was a bit pricey for the condition it was in. The furniture is new in the living room so it was much nicer than the pictures we saw. Back bedroom queen needs a mattress pad.We loved our many good restaurants and the beach is great.Rental procedures were excellent on line. That was a real plus to the arrangement.

The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the new TV and the friendly young man who came to deliver it. Brie was also so helpful and just a pleasure to deal with.Our only problem was with the outside of the house. The patio was NOT cleaned, table and chairs filthy, Barbq dirty. Staircase to the upper unit was sandy and dirty. The washer and dryer area was so bad we used the laundromat across the street. For the amount of money spent on cleaning, there should definitely be more attention to the property, inside AND out.

We love the beach and Newport but our visit could have been better: 1. the frig had a serious drip 2. dishwasher flooded 3.Party Central was next door in a Burr White rental (noisy all day and night) 4. WiFi problems the entire two weeks 5. repair service SLOW for dishwasher and WiFi 6. microwave needs to be replaced, ineffective power and 7.dirty rug left in bathroom , floors not so clean.
