There is a square dining table that seats six with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven range, refrigerator and cabinet space for storing food.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and closet space for hanging clothes and storing shoes. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed and twin trundle. There is one bathroom with new light fixtures and tile in the shower.

Downstairs there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer along with a common patio where each unit has their own picnic table and shares a gas BBQ. There is parking for one car in the garage with additional storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

Great vacation at 1727 Balboa A guest from Redlands, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 Laundry room and patio could be better cared for and cleaner. BBQ grills were not in best condition. Mirror placement to outlets in bathroom did not allow for outlet use. Faucet in bathroom very awkward with its placement. we like Newport Beach very much although we constantly had problem with bathroom sink leaking and bath tub water couldn't drain Lynda C. from Shunyi District, Beijing recommends this property. Close to Beach Delights A guest from Olomouc, does not recommend this property. Stayed for 31 days in January, 2011 This property is located almost on the Newport Beach sand. It is located close to noisy Balboa Blvd, too. Simple but functional property gives everything one needs as base for beach and ocean activities. Excellent service from Burr White Property Manager.
