Burr White said they would rollover our deposit and that it could be used the following year. The property owner disagreed and kept our deposit, but Burr White kept their word and rolled our vacation over without having to pay the deposit twice. We have been vacationing in Newport for over 20 years. This location was quiet and off the beaten path. Neighbors were mostly homeowners and truly welcoming. This space offered us all the amenities we regularly require...2 parking spaces and a large front patio. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and the best beach location for watching the sun set. Cheers! This property was clean, the furniture was like new and comfortable, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked w/ the necessities. The patio was wonderful. Really liked that the bath towels and sheets were provided, made it easy. Also appreciated that the cleaning was done by a service after we left. Nice and close to the beach and it was a very enjoyable stay. The unit was very clean when we checked in, I would not say spotless. We were a little surprised that the linens are supplied, but not "applied" (beds made). Being rookies, we figured maybe some people bring their own, so you're just saving time and effort. Not a deal killer. Two other items of note, neither of which you have control...one: ants. Lots of ants. Second: neighbors. Obviously you cannot control the neighbors or circumstances, but 122 36th (B) was very loud. We teased them about it and heck, it was only for a week. Again, not a deal killer. We were overall very happy and plan to return and do it again!!! Thank you Burr White Realty!
