Located in the heart of the downtown Balboa Pier area, this is a nice upper unit which sits atop a business. There is a living area with two couches, one sofa converts to a bed in the evening, and a TV for enjoying a movie after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is bright, with vibrant green cupboard doors and all the essential amenities. There is a peek-a-boo window into the dining area perfect for keeping the conversation going between the two rooms. There are two bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other has two queen beds. There is one full bathroom to accommodate guests.

There is a nice deck with ocean views and a patio table and chairs for 6, and a gas grill for enjoying freshly grilled seafood, or a steak.

There is no parking at the unit, but during the summer we provide you with a public parking lot pass, just a short walk away.

Inter Net had shown me all new and modern condo. When I got to the condo it was very old and run down. I feel the pictures shown Antonio S. from Las Vegas, NV does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2009 I feel this place was a waste of my money. I am very dispointed because I traveled from Las Vegas Nevada and to stay in an unsafe place due to not being albe to get a refund. This condo had very many building code violations and is not a safe place for anyone to stay in.
