Private setting and yet very close to Newport attractions, shopping, movies and more. Don't let the thought of a manufactured home keep you from checking this place out; you will be very pleasanately surprised! Please Note: The garage and the apartment above the garage are not for guest use and is not a part of the rental. The stairs leading to the beach are not operable.
