Delight yourself with the ocean, surf and sand views from this cozy little room where you'll be delighted to find a Captains Bed perched high to optimize comfort and the scenery outdoors. Step outside to a spacious oceanfront deck, or seek out one of the private viewing benches amongst the sea grass. Large Soaking tub for two with ocean views and an indoor sauna add to the rest and relaxation of this wonderful retreat! A favorite vacation and honeymoon spot for the past few years, this unit has recently had an expansion, remodel and new windows. Located at the South end of Nye Beach in Newport, Oregon, just next door to Georgi's Beach side Grill for scrumptious dining. Enjoy the Newport Performing Arts Center, many area restaurants, art galleries, wine tasting and several music venues. Less than 3 minutes to the Newport Bayfront, Hatfield Marine Science Center or the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Well maintained beach access is just steps from the apartment, making exploration or sandy strolls easy to enjoy. Outdoors, in the common area, you are welcome to BBQ in the beautiful flower garden, or find a resting spot away from the wind, in a rocking chair with thought provoking views! This apartment is on the ground floor, with a permanent residence above. A wonderful location for the artist, writer, editor or anyone just seeking quiet solitude for inspiration. Please adhere to the policy of No Smoking. ONE well-behaved Dog is allowed at the apartment. An additional $50 Pet Cleaning Fee will be automatically added to all reservations. If you are not bringing a dog with you to the apartment, you must notify us prior to the final payment on your booking.
