Pracondu: Chalet "Margot", 3 storeys. Outside the resort, in a secluded position, 20 m from the ski-run. Private: lawn sunning area. Garden furniture. Motor access to 200 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. 200 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 200 m. Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m. Golf course 18 km, ski runs 20 m. Please note: car essential. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

"Chalet Margot", 5-room chalet 160 m2 on 3 levels: living/dining room with swedish stove and cable-TV. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: through room with curtain with 2 beds. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Nice view of the mountains and the ski-run. Facilities: washing machine, cot. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: non-smoking house. In winter : only suitable for very fit people as there is a 500 m walk along the ski slopes to the chalet. Help with luggage included.
