We absolutely love the covered patio and screened porch overlooking wide expansive water as far as the eye can see. The decor is comfortable and perfect for families, kids, cousins, teenagers, couples, and friends, with ample seating and sleeping space for all. If you and your gang are in search of a value priced home designed for being outside and away from it all, you must give Loblolly Cove a good look. A waterfront pool positioned close to the shoreline is near the large screened porch - which is perfect for kids and adults to relax, reconnect and enjoy the big sky views. This cozy but spacious home is located on five private acres and offers a selection of outdoor games such as badminton, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes and croquet, along with foosball and ping pong tables in the garage. Nestled in the quaint fishing village of Neavitt, Loblolly Cove is about 20 minutes outside of St. Michaels, but your crew may find themselves never venturing back down the driveway until check out date. It is tough to leave behind the memories of watching the sunsets, grilling outside, and swinging on your waterfront hammock. Two kayaks are provided for exploring the extensive shoreline. The flat terrain is great for a leisurely bike ride through Neavitt, and advanced cyclists can ride one of the most popular routes through scenic Talbot County. My only issue with the property (and it was a very minor issue) was that the main bath didn't smell good. The pool and property were very well maintained and the house was exactly as pictured. We felt private and could enjoy the view of the water, even in the rain. We caught crabs, played in the pool and all over the big yard. My only caution to other renters is that the bedroom shown with 5 twin beds is only accessed by a door to the outside or a door within the garage. I had intended for my toddlers to sleep in that room but its location made it unacceptable. If you are bringing teenagers, this would be perfect. Great home and location A guest from New Freedom, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 21 days in July, 2011 The house was great we were there for 3 weeks, the only problems we had was with the trash, 3 small cans and racoons digging it out every night, being the house is large enough for 8-10 guests collection needs to be more then once a week or much bigger trash cans,the pool was not holding chlorine and the pool guys were only out once a week. The grass was mowed one time the whole 3 weeks we were there. The ESVR staff was very nice and prompt as we called them a few times with issues. Also, the automated checkout did not recognize the house number or my cell, had to call the office for check out and leave a message. The house was great we had family from out of state there, the dock was great and overall with a few tweeks, you really could'nt ask for a more enjoyable family retreat!!
