Location

Being situated in the exclusive Nai Harn area of the island is ideal for those who enjoy privacy, natural beauty and tranquility within just 1km to Nai Harn Beach, bars and restaurants. Within a 3 minute drive or a 2 minute walk, you can easily find those local attractions and facilities. Laem Promthep, Rawai Beach, Chalong Temple and the Big Buddha monument are all within a ten minute drive of Emerald Villa. The beaches and villages of Kata and Karon are also only a 20 minute drive away. Nai Harn is situated on the southwestern coast of Phuket, in one of the most naturally gifted places in the whole of Phuket.

Kitchen:
The western styled kitchen is ultra-modern, with metallic appliances and a black marbled breakfast bar ideal for informal dining.

Living Room:
The luxurious environment of the living room exudes comfort and warmth. Uniquely, the living room is positioned on the second, which is a nice touch, as you can enjoy elevated views from every area of the lounge. You can also gain easy access to a covered balcony, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the exotic views. With lots of comfortable seating, a 50 inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player and cable TV with many international channels, the lounge is the ideal spot to relax after a day exploring the paradise island of Phuket.

Bedrooms:
Altogether, there are 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 persons. A portion of the ground floor is dedicated to its own self contained living quarters with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and living room that contain a 50 inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and home theatre system. The master bedroom is situated upstairs, and comes equipped with a four-post king-size bed, a wall safe, walk-in wardrobe facilities and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soothing oval shape bathtub. Here is also a private balcony, which showcases great views. The second ensuite bathroom is home to two twin beds, is also upstairs and would ideally suit a family who has children. The remaining two ensuite bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with a choice of either a four-post king size bed or a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms provide you with direct pool access.

Bathrooms:
The six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms that provide the guest with excellent showering facilities, toilets and wash basins. However, the master bathroom also has an oval-shape bathtub.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
