The immediate thing you notice regarding Villa Maria is its stylish architecture and luxurious environment. With five bedrooms and spacious living areas, this property is ideally geared towards families or groups of friends travelling together. The location is one of the best on the island, situated on the sunset southwestern coast of Phuket just a three minute drive from Nai Harn Beach and Nai Harn Village, where you will find numerous international restaurants, convenience stores and a host of beer bars, which could provide you with a great nights’ entertainment. A mixture of wooden floors and pristine white ceramic tiles gives the home an air of decadence, alongside a homely feel far from pretentious. From the interesting vaulted wooden ceilings in some of the bedrooms, to the vast array of contemporary art works and paintings adorning the walls, the attention to detail is something else. The large landscaped garden has lots of seating options within a short distance to the private swimming pool and the numerous terrace areas that have tables and chairs, so you can dine poolside and absorb the therapeutic sounds of the water. The house also has a unique feature with its wine cellar. As far as holiday rental options go, it doesn’t come much better than Villa Maria, but please remember that the stated number of guests you paid for is set in stone. Location

Villa Maria is superbly located just a three minute drive from the picturesque Nai Harn Beach, and the same distance away from Nai Harn Village with it convenience stores, international restaurants and a selection of bars. The famous beachside destinations of Karon and Kata are within a fifteen-minute drive. Tourist attractions such as the Big Buddha, Chalong Temple, Phuket Zoo and Laem Promthep are all within a ten-minute drive. If you need to find shopping centers, the nearby area of Chalong is under ten minutes away, and is home to the Villa Market shopping center and Tesco Lotus Express. Nai Harn is possibly one of the finest areas of Phuket to holiday. Known for its natural beauty and tranquility, Nai Harn has everything a holidaymaker could imagine. Kitchen:
The ultra-modern kitchen layout and décor is luxuriously appointed to simplify your self-catering needs. The black granite work surfaces, dark wooden kitchen units and a host of metallic kitchen appliances give the area a futuristic feel. The choice of appliances includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, blender, tea and coffee making facilities, dishwasher grill, microwave and toaster.

Living Room:
Covering almost half of the downstairs area, the living room enjoys not only a lavish décor but also direct access out towards a sundeck sala, where you can find the outdoor dining area. The lounge benefits from classy furniture, such as three settees, a 3 meter dining table and a superb home theatre system. There is also a separate guest lounge that is home to 42 inch LG flat-screen, DVD player and a home theatre and music surround sound system. There is also a vast selection of CDs and DVDs for you to choose from, which is perfect for families with children.

Bedrooms:
There are five double bedrooms in total, with two of them situated on the ground floor within a self-contained area that is home to a lounge, dining room and kitchenette. The further three bedrooms are situated upstairs, owning ensuite bathrooms, sleek wooden floors and relaxed atmospheres.

Bathrooms:
All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
