Location

The location of Moonstone Villa is one of the best in Phuket, superbly positioned in a scenic part of Nai Harn. Just 1 km from Nai Harn Beach and the village area, which is home to some great restaurants, bars and convenience stores, the villa is ideally located in privacy within close proximity to lots of local amenities. Within a 15 minute drive, you can easily reach many beaches, areas and popular attractions such as Laem Promthep, Chalong Temple, the Big Buddha monument, Villa Market shopping center, and Kata and Karon Beaches.

Kitchen:
The European styled kitchen gleams with modern style. The shiny black granite countertops have been polished to perfection, and the dark wooden units compliment the overall feel of the kitchen superbly. With a selection of modern appliances that includes a gas stove, oven, grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender tea and coffee making facilities, juicer and a tumble dryer, you have more than enough options to suit your needs.

Living Room:
You have got to love this living room. As comfortable as is humanly possible, and with wide patio windows that open up directly onto the wooden decked poolside terrace, the lounge is one of the best features of the house. With contemporary white painted walls and a comfortable low-level red fabric chaise lounge, this room is colour coordinated to perfection. Just sit back on the settee and enjoy the gracious breezes wafting through the patio doors whilst sampling the jungle and garden views without moving an inch. The entertainment options include a flat-screen LCD television, DVD player and a home theatre system. There is the added bonus of a wide choice of DVDs, CDs and board games, which is ideal for those special family getaways.

Bedrooms:
On the ground floor, you will find a stunning self-contained one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, breakfast bar and comfortable lounge. The apartment can be accessed via the street or through the main part of the house, which is also flanked by a recreation area that owns a table tennis table. The master bedroom is decorated in white, with a selection of red features that give the area depth and style. With a four-post bed, a safe and wardrobe facilities, the room is a relaxing space to unwind. Through sliding double doors you can gain easy access to the pool area and terrace. The bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with an oval bathtub and shower facilities. The second bedroom – dubbed the Green Room – owns a queen sized, DVD player, Playstation and cable TV. The Blue Room is another bedroom which is ideal for children, due to the twin beds within the room. The remaining bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite shower room.

Bathrooms:
Four of the five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. All the bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins, although the master bathroom also has an oval-shape bathtub.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
