One of the great features of the Na Jomtien Resort is their high-class restaurant – the Elephant Café, where you will be able to sample delicious Thai and International cuisine at affordable prices. Within the resort itself, you will find two communal swimming pools and adjoining Thai salas that also have in-built sound systems. Location

The location of the Na Jomtien resort is one of its main features. The countryside setting of the villa allows you to enjoy your holiday retreat in total relaxation. Being situated a 10 minute drive from Jomtien Beach and a 20 minute drive from Pattaya Beach is not so far when you have your own rental car. Na Jomtien has its own beach, which is only 500 meters away. Other un-crowded beaches such as Bangsaray are just a 5 minute drive away. If you are a golfer, the classy Phoenix Golf Club is just 8km away. Top class attractions such as the Big Buddha Mountain and Siverlake Vineyard are less than 10 minutes away, with Pattaya Floating Market and Alangkarn Theater under 10 minutes.


Kitchen:
The pristine white ceramic tiled floors and gleaming black granite work surfaces merge together to create an aesthetically pleasing décor. Set within a spacious area, the kitchen is home to modern appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, a toaster and a large metallic refrigerator.

Living Room:
The living area is chicly designed with light tones, allowing a certain decadence and style to dominate the overall atmosphere of the lounge. With expansive furniture and fixtures that includes a wicker settee, glass coffee table, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a surround sound system, you will immediately feel at home in the house. The selection of colourful paintings and Asian ornaments allow the room a homely and classy environment. Sit on the settee and absorb the great views looking out towards the garden and pool via a covered terrace.

Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms are all situated on the second floor, all owning air-conditioning, double beds and wardrobe facilities. Two of the rooms have large balconies that enjoy scenic views overlooking the estate and the natural surroundings. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, whilst the two remaining bedrooms share a bathroom.

Bathrooms:
There are three bathrooms - one ensuite and two shared between the two other bedrooms.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.



Last minute availability within 30 days of travel discounts available.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
