A204 Joyce J. from Louisvile, KY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The unit was very outdated. The sliding door in the master bedroom would not open. The shower had mildew all around the bottom of the door and the toliet would not flush good. We had a few roaches. We had two small children in the unit and was very upset over the bugs. I did call the management and they sent someone out to fix the door (which still did not work) and the toliet. They offered to spray the unit but I refused due to the small children. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for the last four years and this was the worst unit we have stayed in. I have always used another rental agency to rent our condos and I decided to try someone else this year due to they did not have exactly what I wanted but I will reconsider next year after this experience. Great Location with a few problems A guest from Pratts, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in July, 2011 Upon arrival, we found we were unable to lock the deadbolt, there was no hot water, several dresser drawers were broken. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated, but the fridge takes 12 hours to get cold. The top of the fridge had not been cleaned in a long time. I called the "emergency" number and the maintenance person called me right away, came and worked on the problems and called me back when he was done. He was very helpful. However, there was never any hot water in the 2nd bathroom, the lock stayed difficult, and the broken stuff was a pain. We love this location and had a great stay, but after a long drive it is very frustrating to find so many problems. Cleanliness and overall general condition of the property were definitely issues and we have noticed this declining each year that we stay. WE love the location, and as I said, the maintenance guy was attentive, just not very successful. I would stay again, but am hopeful that these problems will be addressed......
