Lots of room for friends, close to skiing and hiking This deluxe 2-story 4-bedroom high bank riverside home offers lots of extras! Outside you'll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub. Inside on the 1st floor, you'll find one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath. This vacation property can be reserved with the mother-in-law suite for a 10-person occupancy, or without the mother-in-law suite for an 8-person occupancy at a reduced nightly rate during the period beginning April 1st through November 1st ONLY. Reservations WITHOUT the mother-in-law suite must be booked by phone, NOT on-line. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: This high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

Our Stay at No. 19 Mt. Baker Rim Penelope Hong from Hovland, Minnesota, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2009 Hi, We came to Mt. Baker Rim for the weekend and a niece's wedding at nearby Silver Lake County Park. We had our daughter, son inlaw, two grandchildren (22 and 16) and friend of grandson (22). We had a marvelous time. The house was wonderful, there on the river with eagles flying back and forth. The pickup of keys etc. was painless. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were very impressed all of us with the entire set up. We also got to use the Community Pool and that was a delight, too. Thank you, Penelope Hong		Overall Satisfacation
Great Place! Great Location! shillair from Everett, WA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2009 We had 9 adults and had plenty of room for all of us. :) The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the fireplace was also great for a cold winter's stay. And only 20 minutes to the ski area! The only heads up I'd give is for the side apartment - if you have people stay in there, the heat is influenced by the temperature of the main house. If it gets too warm in the house, the heat won't kick on in the apartment. You'll definately need that space heater. We would definately rent this place again.		Overall Satisfacation
