The first floor bedroom features 1-twin bed and 1-set of bunk beds. Across the hall is a 3/4-bathroom. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with 1-queen bed and the 2nd includes 1-queen bed and 1-twin bed. Both upper bedrooms feature walk out balconies! The back deck looks out to a nice grassy area, and features a private hot tub and a gas grill. This pet-friendly vacation property sleeps up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
