Great getaway for the family! This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and a gas built-in fireplace, and one full bath. There is a daylight basement/game room with a ping pong table. The 2nd floor loft/living area includes a queen futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and a 3/4-bath en suite. This vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
