Mountain View! This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom nicely decorated townhouse style condo is a great place! The 1st floor features one bedroom with queen bed and 1/2 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area with a hide-a-bed, plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-queen bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.

Great time near the mountains, for whatever itinerary. Andrew B from Bermuda, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2013 This was our first trip to ski at Mt. Baker and the condo was exactly what we were looking for - the weather, although beautiful, was not as cooperative for skiing. We were a group of 3 friends in our mid-twenties, so the size of the accommodation was perfect. 6 could easily be accommodated if people were sharing beds, but it would be a bit of a squeeze. 4-5 with ski gear is probably the magic number. The design and amenities of the condo were modern and ample. Cell phone service is patchy at best and the condo doesn’t have Wi-Fi, but the recreation area does – although at dial-up speeds. The recreation area offers plenty to do with squash and tennis courts as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. However, if you plan on relaxing in the hot tub with a beer, you’re out of luck as the pool area forbids any food or drinks. That said, a brief walk beyond the recreation area leads to the picturesque river where you can relax (with a beer) on the banks while gazing at the rushing waters. The location in general is terrific for exploring the Mt. Baker and Shuksan area. The ski area is a scenic and sinuous 25 minute drive from the condo, and a small town grocery store and restaurant (Graham's) about a 5 minute drive in the other direction. For nightlife you've come to the wrong mountain, but the friendly and fun Chair 9 bar and restaurant is about a 15 min walk from the condo (a flashlight at night is a must!) The aV setup in the condo is great, with a variety of Dvds already there. Although we never managed to figure out the Bose surround system and forgot our Hdmi laptop to TV cable, we managed just fine. Overall the condo was a great stay, the area was active but we were never bothered by any of the other guests and the lack of cell phones and the internet was actually a refreshing break from the wired world. As you’re initially informed any consumables you need to bring i.e. the likes of salt and pepper or coffee if you’re planning on dining in. The condo is in a beautiful and relaxed area and fulfills all your needs for a great time near the mountains whatever your itinerary.		Overall Satisfacation
