Walk in to a spacious living room with a freestanding gas fireplace and a built-in DVD/VCR w/monitor. An open kitchen/dining area with an adjoining laundry cubby easily accommodates up to four guests. The 1st floor also features 1-bedroom with one queen bed, and 1-full bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-full bed and another full bath. This vacation property will comfortably sleep up 4-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
