The Via Francigena, the medieval pilgrimage route to Rome from the North , runs nearby.
Villa Podernovo is an excellent base for exploring the delights of Tuscany.

Villa Podernovo can accommodate up to 18 people in 5 apartments.
The villa consists of two closeby buildings.
The accommodation building hosts all apartments.
The entrance building hosts the shared areas: the kitchen, the meals room and a communicating large patio with garden view and a large 80 sq.mt. seminar hall, on first floor.

Distances:
Monticiano village, a classical medieval hamlet is only 5 minutes' walk away. It offers all necessarie amenities such as affordable restaurants serving traditional earthy Tuscan cuisine, a couple of bars, a small wine shop, a Pharmacy, the Post Office and two Banks with ATM' s.
A couple of buses go to Siena daily but a car is recommended.
The via Francigena, the ancient road between Rome and Canterbury runs here.
Beautiful San Galgano Abbey which became internationally known after Andreij Tarkovskij’s movie ‘Nostagia’ was shot here is only 07 Km away.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS WHISHING TO ORGANIZE EVENTS AT VILLA PODERNOVO.
It is essential that our Customers who wish to organize an event at Villa Podernovo during their stay (wedding, even symbolic, birthday, party etc), ask for written approval at the time of booking, specifying the exact date and timing of the event.

Villa Podernovo has its own cook and catering services. Would Customers prefer a cook and catering services different than Villa Podernovo’s, they are kindly requested to inform us in writing at the time of booking, providing their names and contacts, allowing us due time to discuss with them the use of the property’s both indoors and outdoors areas.

An additional fee will be charge for the use of the property indoor and outdoor areas in case of caterings and services other than Villa Podernovo’s.

Customers who have not booked accommodation at Podernovo and want to participate to the event must be notified at Villa Podernovo before the event date.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
