The 2 units are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide furnished outdoor areas. The owners live in a third apartment on the premises and take care of the maintenance of the garden and swimming-pool. This property is in easy access to Florence and the many charming towns of the Chianti region (Castellina in Chianti, Greve in Chianti..).
Distances: Montesperoli with all kinds of shops 2 km away, Florence (airport) 35 km, San Gimginano 35 km away, Greve in Chianti 40 km, Siena 55 km, Pisa (airport) 75 km away.

Parking within the grounds.
