Villa Fragola is a graceful villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps six people. From Villa Fragola you will have a splendid view of the Senesi hills and of the Chiocciola Castle. Villa Fragola is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Monteriggioni, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will reach Villa Fragola from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through the garden.
To stay at Villa Fragola you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a fascinating view of the Senesi hills.
Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has two windows.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden and the swimming pool. The room has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room has a window.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
The third bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
