Going down a stone staircase one enters the original milling room that has been transformed into a characteristic double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bath, twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bathroom with shower. ANNEX: Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath.

Overall Property Description:
Charming farmhouse, with annex, in a carefully renovated 16th century water mill which still has the original milling room. A beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 1,10 m.) has been installed in the characteristic, star-shaped dam, where the water used to set in motion the powerful millstones, for the exclusive use of the guests who spend their holidays in this house. Around the old mill and its annex hidden from the eyes of unwanted visitors, there is a shaded park with tall trees, and areas equipped with garden furniture where one can relax. The house is part of an agricultural farm which produce good wine to be tasted and bought directly on site. Apart from its production of excellent wines, like Nobile di Montepulciano, this area of Southern Tuscany is also famous for the many thermal spas and health farms. Guests at their arrival and during the holiday are assured of a very good assistance by the owner, who speak also English. A wood oven, barbecue, laundry room with washing machine and ironing board, mountain bikes (for rent) and children's games are at guests' disposal. Satellite TV. Baby-sitting on payment.
