Overall Property Description:
In autumn 10 years ago we decided to dedicate a particularly windy day to the research of a farmhouse in the countryside between Pienza and Montepulciano. Only after quite a long time strolling around we stopped in front of Pratovecchio: a beautiful Leopoldian building of the 19th century, but quite shabby-looking.
The renovation took a long time and was quite demanding, but in the end we managed to maintain the rural patina of the house, making it become liveable at the same time.
Only during the renovation we noticed that the house would have been much too big for us. That’s why we decided to transform it into an Agriturismo, putting into practise the old wording “opening the doors to guests”.
Who comes to stay with us is welcomed with family spirit and heartiness. The products of our vegetable garden and orchard with their antique species are strictly organic.
The aromatic herbs fill the air around the pool and silence is the only daily “noise”.
At guests' disposal:
Pool 17x7 metres depth 1.5, common billiard room and restaurant for breakfast and dinner ( Dinner on the arrival date must be booked in advance).

Montefollonico with all kind of shops at 1 km.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
