On ground level you also find a studio/TV room, where an additional single bed for a possible 11th guests can be added.
First floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bunk beds room with a third bed, bathroom.

Its location, on top of a hill, offers a breathtaking sight of the town.
Villa Regina is disposed on three levels and can sleep 8/10 guests.

Distances:
The closest resturant is 1,5 km from the villa; bus stop only 200 mt away. The village of Massa is 750 mt far.

The prices always include:
Use of the swimming pool, one change of Bed sheets, towels/tea towels, table linen.

Extra costs to be paid on the spot:
weekly charge for light, hot and cold water, kitchen gas = 100 euro.
In case guests wish their linens and towels to be changed more frequently, a fee is to be paid on site (Eu 12,00/ person for each additional change).
Final cleaning euro 150.in case of stays of 2 weeks or longer, weekly cleaning on request euro 100

Heating is charged for week-end stay Eu 50,00 and for Weekly/monthly stay Eu 150,00/week.

Check-out: Saturday morning before 10.00 am

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
