From the first level, there are steps up to the main living level (2nd level). The living room is open to the kitchen in an L, with a dining set, and opens to the deck and outdoor dining. Down a short hall, there's a bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom also opens to the deck. Upstairs, on the third level, there's another bedroom and bathroom. The third bedroom and bathroom are off the garage on the first level. These rooms are fine in the summer, but they are slightly sub-grade, so can be cold and damp in the winter (only heated with a space heater). There is additional sleeping on the upper levels (see below in amenities). From the yard, there are stairs down to a seasonal dock. House is ~2269sf. This is a riverfront home.
