Off the main entry hall, there's a kitchen with eat-in dining, a hall bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with its own bathroom). On the other side of the hall, there's a spacious living room. On the far side of the living room, there’s a family room, which opens to another bedroom with bathroom. All the common areas open to a sunny deck with outdoor dining and hot tub. The front stairs lead to a path that takes you around the house to the expansive greenbelt yard and steep path/stairs to the river (seasonal access). House is approx. ~3300sf. Please note the fireplace and woodstove you see in photos are non-operational.
