Just down the road from Northwood Golf Club and across from the famous Bohemian Grove, on 2.7 spectacular riverfront acres with its own small stand of redwoods, California Dream is a ~3300sf custom-designed, mid-century home with plenty of light and space, inside and out. As you walk in the door, there's a large entry hall with a full bar (libations not included). Off this hall, there's a kitchen with eat-in dining, a hall bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with its own bathroom). On the other side of the hall, there's a spacious living room. On the far side of the living room, there’s a family room, which opens to another bedroom with bathroom. All the common areas open to a ~1500sf deck with outdoor dining. The front stairs lead to a path that takes you around the house, to the expansive greenbelt yard and stairs/path (steep, not for infirm or elderly) to the river. House is ~3300sf. Please Note: The fireplaces and woodstove you see in photos are non-operational at this time.
