Living room and kitchen are side by side, with a wall with passthrough between. On one end, the living room and kitchen open to a dining deck. At the other end of living room and kitchen, a formal dining room opens to several levels of wrap-around decks, hot tub, and creek. Off a short hall, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom opens to the side part of the deck. Just beyond, there's a bocce court to the side of the house. The grounds are landscaped and forested with redwoods. House is ~1244sf.
