I liked that our cottage was private and separate, but it is very small....even for two people. I do NOT believe that this unit could sleep four unless it is parents with a young child. Maintenance needs attention. Light bulbs need replacing, coffee pot did NOT work, TV is 's OK for one or two nights.

I lost my wedding ring on the beach. It's a platnimum ring. Please let me know if you find it. Otherwise, it's a very nice and kid friendly place to stay. Thanks!

I loved this cottage, across the street from the beach and an easy walk into town. The staff were courteous and accomodating. I would recommend the Beach Plum to anyone who loves the beach, Go to the beach early in the morning for Yoga or a solitary walk!

we have stayed at Beach Plum for many years, and always happy. With management changes this year, we were unsure of what to expect. However, staff was courteous and professional. We were not happy with accommadations in one bedroom cottage. It was smaller than we expected, bathroom very small.The mattresses and bedding need replacing.For the amount that is charged, we would have liked more.

After many years of coming to Montauk, new management has brought a breathe of fresh air to a great motel. The bed needs a pad between the plastic protection & the sheet. Like sleeping on a shower curtain. Otherwise great.
