Legacy Oaks at Springhill is an upscale gated apartment community offering a clubhouse with grill area, fitness center, community pool, and additional parking spaces. Completely furnished with bath and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen including built-in microwave, gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, high speed internet. Satellite TV in living area and master bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations for six guests maximum include a king in the master bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. 2 night minimum required. Additional fees include 6% lodging tax, $35 non-refundable reservation fee, $80 cleaning fee and $50 damage waiver. Additional Security Deposit may be required on longer rentals. Calendar may not be accurate.
