Between mid-Sept and Spring 2015, Beachside II will be receiving a face lift! New glass balconies will provide the best views from any building in our area and parts of the exterior will receive a makeover with a fresh coat of paint. This renovation will be set up in 2 stages, starting from the west end of the building and working its way to the east end (this unit will be worked on during Fall 2014) To prepare and execute the plans, equipment will be set up to preform modifications that may restrict balcony use and create construction noise. In this condo, you will never have to worry about catching the elevator. The kitchen area is updated with tile floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master suite holds a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds; when you add the sofa sleeper in the living area, you will be able to comfortably sleep six people.

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2014
Great location, easy to get to everything.Outside nicely landscaped and easy to park.Easy to unload car, can almost back up to door.Easy walk to beach and pool which are well maintained.The condo itself is in need of a makeover. Furniture and carpet looking rugged. If counting on sofa sleeper don't because springs are broken. Could have a few more pieces of silver wear, some of kitchen items are broken.Dishwasher sounds like it needs repair work. Kitchen counters,stove and table were not totally cleaned to my satisfaction. Had to wipe everything down before using.

Our units undergo an extensive annual inspection where we inventory all items to ensure they are properly stocked. We have an industry standard guide, similar to other management companies along the coast, that we follow to ensure our units are properly stocked with enough kitchen accessories and items to provide a comforting, relaxing experience for all. We would love to know your thoughts in detail on the missing pieces and broken items as we will also be sending staff to take a peak at these items. Also, we were not made aware of a problem with the dishwasher or cleanliness inside the unit. Next time, please let us know right away as we want to solve these problems within a blink of an eye so you can truly enjoy your stay! We have staff available at all times to properly address your concerns. We understand our Guests come to our beaches to kick back and relax - not work and clean! Again, we thank you so much for letting us know this information and look forward to having you come visit with us sometime soon again. Have a wonderful rest of your 2014!
