The ResortQuest Gulfview is a comfortable low-rise condominium located near the beach within walking distance of the areas many restaurants. The condominium units have one bedroom and one bath and feature fully equipped kitchens including dishwashers. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. Living rooms have VCR and guests can enjoy complimentary video rentals. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach services during the summer months on the white sand beach only 150 yards away. WiFi internet available in unit with a fee. All of the Destin areas many attractions are within a short walk or drive. Beach Service is available upon request with a fee - includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. The ResortQuest Gulfview- A vacation here is sure to relax and revive. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Check-in is located at 35000 Emerald Coast Parkway. Office hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sun. Please note that a USD 99.96 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
