Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 reservation fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival; all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
