A great house anytime of year, Grandma?s Cottage?s first floor is surrounded by a large screen porch and full of color. Centrally located, steps to pool, tennis, a short stroll to Lake Michigan and Sand Castle Playground. Grandma will love this large kitchen and dining room that opens to a living room with fireplace, 1/2 bath and laundry off hallway. The first floor master has a king bed and full bath. Second floor is deceivingly large with two queen bedrooms, twin room and a huge bunkroom that kids will disappear into?four bunks, sofa and TV. Grandma?s Cottage has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, sleeps 17 with 1 king, 2 queen, 2 twin, 1 trundle and 4 bunk beds.
