Right out of a fairy tale, this adorable beach bungalow is bright and airy. Open its French doors to the huge screened porches and double the space! Two master suites have queen beds and beautiful baths. A third bedroom and loft space have a total of four twins. The bunkroom has 2 queen bottom/twin top bunks. Renovated for the 2011 season, the kitchen and bathrooms are state-of-the-art with beautiful granite, glass and ceramic tile. The living area has a flat screen, blue ray disc player, and desk top computer with printer. But, the best feature of As You Wish is the main level porch. It is massive, wraps around and opens into the dune grass.

Very Little Hot Water A guest from Chicago, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in August, 2012 The house is a wonderful home except for one major problem- very little hot water. Out of our 8 day stay we only had hot water for 4 of those days. We had to have maintenance come out to the house twice and they could not fix it. They explained that the house does NOT have a hot water heater but a heat exchange system that only provides water "on demand." Well we certainly did not receive the hot water when we demanded it. I love Beachwalk but would not rent this house again unless it purchased a hot water tank. Find customer friendly security guards and extend the boardwalk to the beach down to the level beach. Older guests (grandparents) could not make it back up the incline and we were force to travel to Washington Park to access the beach. This makes your property less desirable if we can't take advantage of the close proximately of the beach walk beach. Thank you. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The only problem we had was there was no hot water when we arrived Sat. afternoon so we went to bed with cold showers. This was reviewed Sat. night but not fixed until Sunday.Somewhat expect to have hot water when you are paying $4,000 week total rental cost.The main shower also had a loose on/off handle that would fall off. This handle was heavy and could hurt someone or damage shower floor if it fell. This was brought to maint. attn on Sat. along with the hot water issue but was never repaired. Maint. tried but did not have the proper part to repair. The shower worked but you had to be very careful with the on/off handle. Removed it when not in use to avoid any damage from it falling off.All in all the rental was clean and we enjoyed our week in the sand. Will return again next year.
