DON'T STAY HERE UNTIL THEY CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED Rocky V. from Arlington, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 We were very disappointed in the condition of the property. It was still under construction and we did not have access to our balcony. The view was amazing too bad we could not enjoy it. Walls were incomplete so we heard everything from next door...music, kids, and more music. My recommendation as a property manager: Do not lease your property yet. Horrible condition. Excellent Location and Great Space - Cool Condo A guest from MIami Beach, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 My family came to visit Miami for a week and we loved "Vegas." The kitchen had everything we needed, there is good living room space, and an awesome balcony - we spent many hours hanging out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. Vanessa was very professional and courteous - which made the stay all that much better. I would recommend "Vegas" for anyone coming to Miami Beach. Nice holiday in Vegas Condo (Miami Beach) Heidi P. from Helsinki, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in December, 2011 We were on Christmas holiday with our falmiy (7 people). The condo was perfect for us. Almost everything met our expectations. We were a little bit unhappy with the furniture in the balcony (only 2 chairs). Then we were VERY disappointed with the fact that the pool table which is mentioned on the Condo's add was not in use at all. That was one of the main reasons this condo was suitable for our family and then we weren't able to use it. But for the big families I can recommend this condo. It was clean and nice.
