Roomy 1000 square foot, two story townhouse directly on the beach. 450 square foot patio of the townhouse is 30 feet away from the Atlantic Ocean and has direct access to the beach. Our property truly inhabits an exclusive oceanfront location. Watch the calm waves roll onto the shore and feel the comforting breezes from the coziness of the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, a king bed in the bedroom with an additional two full sleeper sofas. Downstairs is a full kitchen and an extra two full sleeper sofas. There are flat screen televisions on each floor. We provide all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, toasters, and irons. This unit can sleep up to six people comfortably.

Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 We had a great time at this property which was exactly the way it looked on the website.Dealing with Vanessa and the team at MiaVac was really easy - the house was well furnished and the location was ideal for our family. We loved that our unit had direct beach access so we'd just roll out to have a swim with the kids.The lobby of the building is a bit strange (very bling), the security desk are helpful but a bit chaotic and the valet cars are completely disorganised - but none of that really affected us.We were really happy here and would happily stay again if we were back in Miami. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 Spacious two story condo/townhome unit on the ground floor of a condo high rise. Literally 100 ft from the unit's patio to the water - doubt you can get any closer anywhere else on Miami Beach. Be aware that the building is dated and undergoing renovation, but that should not detract you from staying here since the ground units appear to all have been remodeled (as have other units in the main building). Both indoor and outdoor dining room options. Adequate size kitchen and living room, plus 2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Ocean view from the bedroom is nice. Not much of an ocean view from the patio since there is some vegetation in the line of sight. About 15-20 min via car from S. Beach.
