Roomy 1000 square foot, two story townhouse directly on the beach. 450 square foot patio of the townhouse is 30 feet away from the Atlantic Ocean and has direct access to the beach. Our property truly inhabits an exclusive oceanfront location. Watch the calm waves roll onto the shore and feel the comforting breezes from the coziness of the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, a king bed in the bedroom with an additional two full sleeper sofas.Downstairs is a full kitchen and an extra two full sleeper sofas. There are flat screen televisions on each floor. We provide all linens, towels, kitchen utensils, toasters, and irons. This unit can sleep up to six to eight people comfortably.

Worst rental experience A guest from Franklin, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 1. the blood stained sheets was a huge disappointment. Having to question the cleanliness of the unit has been very concerning.2. You should know the door knob to the downstairs bathroom does not work. It has missing strews which has caused it to not open at times. Upsetting when I was trapped in the bathroom and my husband and daughter was outside. This is not a fun way to spend a vacation.3. There are 2 broken chairs on the outside patio.4.The downstairs bathroom shower door does not close due to the broken bar that is not even attached. This is dangerous.5. Last is just the overall cleanliness of the unit. Things just were not very clean :(I have attached images to go along with each complaint. Good and Bad A guest from NAPERVILLE, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in January, 2013 The location was as expected, close to the beach/ocean, off the beaten path. Really enjoyed hearing the surf at night. Unfortunately, the unit that we stayed in was far below the standard of what you'd expect for the price. Closet doors were falling off the tracks, the kitchen was in poor shape and the pull out beds in the lower level were unusable. Perhaps the most uncomfortable sleeper I've ever been on. I was forced to close it up and sleep on the couch. The unit could be very nice but is VERY beat up/worn. Bathroom door knob sticks terribly and is very difficult to open. There are broken tiles, stained appliances and the microwave oven will not stay shut, so it's basically not functional. There's a mix of plates, silverware, glasses and mugs. There is not a complete set of anything. It looks like it was all purchased at a garage sale. Some of the patio furniture was ripped and not usable. The management staff was friendly and helpful however, there was really not much they could do about changing the condition of this unit, which requires some serious attention. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 the room was very run down, with dirty towels, dirty bathrooms, broken shower door, and toilet that got stuffed up, but since it was"after hours", noone was available to come fix it. the next morning, it went down by itself, so we didnt have to call someone in. the floors were dirty and the room and hotel in general had a very OFF smell. would not recommend this room! Nice for the price A guest from Milford, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 I thought the location of the property was it's selling feature. The location was amazing! The one real bed it had was extremely nice. The pull out couches were less than to be desired. We ended up having to buy an air mattress. That was the only real issue I had. I would say it really only sleeps about 6 comfortably. We managed to get eight people in there though. It was beautiful and very well decorated! I would say for the price this place works. It is in the middle of both major beaches. We just took a taxi when we wanted to go to south beach. That was no problem at all. I was there for my brother's bachelor party, and we had 8 grown men staying there. I was worried at first that we would not have enough room with 1 bedroom, but that was not a problem at all. The location is great, the back door opens up to the beach and it is only a $12 taxi ride to downtown South Beach. The reservation process was great, as any questions I had were answered quickly and they even put in an extra bed for me. Great Girls Getaway Rental A guest from Perry Point, MD recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 Stayed here for 3 days with 5 ladies. It was right on the beach and rather close to some clubs (Liv for example). It is not however close enough to South Beach to walk. We actually attempted the walk on the boardwalk from the condo to South Beach and it took two hours! Taxi cabs are totally available and not too expensive. Works well to jump in for a short ride to South Beach, so I still feel this condo is ideal for a girls trip to Miami if you plan to spend most of your time on South Beach. The price is far better than what you will find for most South Beach hotels to house 6 people comfortably. The bed was pretty comfortable, but very low , close to the floor. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, quite decent,not luxurious at all, but the location makes up for it. Very clean, except for a few rust marks on the counters,and a little skimpy with the towels.Vanesssa gets 5 stars all the way.
