This is the one of the very few apartments in this complex with a wide balcony facing the ocean. You will enjoy having a drink at sunset with the unbreakable ocean view.This one bedroom offers a spectacular Ocean view from the bedroom. It sleeps up to 4 with a queen size bed and two day beds in the living room, which are perfect to just stay in and watch a DVD. The small kitchen is practical to prepare breakfast and small meals. It is equipped with a full-size fridge, a coffee-maker, a microwave, a toaster, burners, dishes and glassware. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The building has direct access to the beach, a large pool, a fitness room, a front desk with valet parking and an internet cafe.

Disappointed Priscilla M. from Miami, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 From the minute you walk in you realize how old this building is. The elevator buttons broken and then once you enter the elevators they too are broken. One of the elevators stops at every floor! Upon entering our floor the corridor was not the cleanest. Once we reached the condo the only think great about it was the view of the Atlantic. Furniture was old. Walls were dirty. The best were the ants in the bathroom sink. Every morning the sink would be drenched in ants. We had to leave our toothpaste and brush inside ziplock bags because the one night we didn't ants were all over our toothbrushes. Robbed... A guest from Bedford, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2012 We rented a studio and left for the Keys for three days. As we had been told by our agent that the studio wasn't rented in between we left clothes, food, personal belongings like jewelry and stuffed animals in the studio. We were told nobody would access our studio.When we returned we were told that the cleaning lady thought we had left for good and everything was gone except for our car keys and passports. The agent did compensate us with an amount that was fair but this ruined our stay. My children still talk about their stuffed animals, I miss some of my really nice clothes, and landing in Boston with no winter clothes, barefoot in sandals was no fun... We were not able to use the linens and towels they seemed that they were not washed. We were not satisfied and will not use this place again.
