You will enjoy having a drink at sunset with the unbreakable ocean view.The bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV set and a large closet. The leaving room is equipped with a day bed for two, a second TV set and closet. The open kitchen has a large counter top with stools that are very useful for breakfast; it?s equipped with full size fridge, microwave, burners, coffee maker, toaster, kettle?The building has direct access to the beach, a large pool, a fitness room, front desk with 24/7 security guards and a commercial area, internet café and travel agency as well as the notorious Russian and Turkish bath. One parking space, with valet parking, is included with your rental.

Lo único que tendrían que mejorar es el tema del valet parking que tardaban bastante en traernos el auto o en llevárselo cuando llegábamos. Los ascensores no estaban en buen estado pero ya están en reparación, asíque seguramente en unos meses ya no sea un inconveniente.Si volvier a Miami, volvería a hospedarme acá. Stayed for 10 days in January, 2013 I've stayed at Havana apartment, with my husband and my 2 adolescent children. We loved the Castle Beach. This is a really good condo hotel for the price. The people there were very nice and friendly, you can communicate in English and Spanish and ask them about everything. The pool and the private beach were the best of Castle Beach, you can't get bored! And also the building is nice, the lobby is beautiful and i noticed that the last day I stayed there, there were new beautiful furniture, and that means that the building is still in maintenance, but already is really nice. And the location... is by far the best! Collins, in front of a beautiful view, a few miles from South Beach.And, I was attended by Ibel and Vanessa (Miavac) they were very comprehensive, friendly and professional. Just the right size for two - small kitchen with hot plate, separate bedroom from the room with another TV and day bed (could consider this room with a small child), plus a balcony with an ocean view. Nice quiet location, within walking distance from a few restaurants (but most are farther north around 70th or south towards SoBe). The only thing we missed were some more towels (there was only a small one and a bigger one for two persons). The building is quite old. There is a renovation at the moment, therefore we couldn't use the balcony - but we were informed about this before. All in all, we can recommend the aparmtent for all those who are looking for a magnificent ocean view and don't mind a sligthly old-fashioned interior.
