This large studio faces west, and has a beautiful view on the Miami bay and Indian creek river. The sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV is separated by a small wall from the rest of the apartment, giving this area a little privacy. The second queen-size is a murphy bed that can be pulled back into the wall to enjoy more space during the day. The apartment also has a comfortable couch and seat, to relax, and a dining table next to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, burner as well as the necessary dishes for four. The bathroom has a shower/tub, towels, hand soap and hair dryer. The building is located in the millionaire row and sits on the beach. It has the largest beachfront in all Miami Beach and also has a large pool if you'd rather stay away from the sand. The commercial gallery has a shops, internet cafe and turkish baths. Valet parking included in the rental for one car.

Property is right on the beach, valet parking, close to ocean drive (with a car). The only down side was that the water heater (for entire building) was not working one day and the rest of the days it never felt like the water got really hot. Ok Reviewed by: Steven G. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 The building is very dated, worn out, and beat up. Who ever painted the ceiling did a horrible job. Once checked in our room, we found a cockroach. I address it to MiaVac and all they did was spray bug killer along the perimeter of our room and we had to suffer breathing that air for a couple days. I found that quite disturbing. The bathroom in the main lobby was disgusting. Overall, I would choose another place to stay at. The room was OK but not without problems: there was an iron but no ironing board, no way to heat water and no internet service for half of our stay. Check-in was very confusing as there is more than one rental agency and we were given very confusing directions on arrival. Nightmare in Miami. A guest from Vineyard Haven, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in April, 2011 Studio was ok, the fridge was never clean and freezer was filled with ice. The property was horrible. Ac did not work properly and sometimes at all. The staff (Vanessa) never called back with our concerns. No internet as was promissed. The elevators was a nightmare, only the service elevator worked most of the time. Thursday all day and all night we had no AC. I have two small kids and it was terrible. The vallet people under staff and did not help with luggage at all. No ramp for luggage cart, two sets of stairs with kids and bags !!!! We left a day earlier becaused of all problems. However, you also get what you don't see - ran down hallways, very aged carpets in the rest of the building, etc. This is not a bad option if you are not planning to sit around the condo all the time, but hang out at the beach and get a rented car to explore Miami. Free parking is a biggie since it can cost around $20 a day at other places. Good experience overall.
