Stay in May A guest from Weyers Cave, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2013 This place is not as new as it looks on the pictures. It is very old, and has a bad paint job, and very dirty windows that look like they were never washed. Most of the amenities don't work properly. Like the blender, when we tried to use it, everything just poured out of it. The bathtub in the bathroom is old and needs to be replaced, it just has a big hole for the water to run off, and no proper net. The water was cold the whole week we were there, no hot water at all. First day we got there, there was no water at all in the whole building, all day long. When we talked to the security downstairs, they said that this is not the first time it happened, they always have problems with leaking pipes, and had water shut off just a few days ago too. Also there is no fan in the bathroom, and I wouldn't recommend trying to open the window. They seemed like they were about to break when you just touch the lock on the window. There are a lot nicer hotels and condos around in that area, that are newer and cleaner, if you want to stay at a nice place, don't stay here. beautiful view of Miami and comfortable accomodations A guest from Trenton, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2012 The venue was nice. The commons area including the restraunt could use a cleanup and makeover. The beach was not congested and very relaxing. The pool was a very nice size with ample room for lounging. Our room itself was spotless, very cozy, very private and modern with a spectacular view of the Miami Skyline. We would consider spending more time in Miami at this venue. It isn't close to shopping or eats so be prepared to rent a car or travel by bus. We traveled by bus one evening to Sunny Isles and rented a car our final evening to explore South Beach.
