3 day stay at Hibiscus dmytri s. from Arlington, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 Overall, a very pleasant and simplistic vacation place. Clean, bright. The building has some curiosities in it, like a hidden theater at the end of the hall or a cargo elevator that goes in express mode past some of the floors :-) There are small shops downstairs. It brings some liveliness to the place as well as good pastries, fresh juices and basic meds. I like the fact that this place is "in between". Looking South - $2 and 15 min ride on a bus to South Beach; North - about 20 min walk to 79th street where some restaurants and shops are located. Beach is OK. View from the window is great.
