Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 The condo location is very good, but, due to age and poor maintenance, the overall condo condition is not good. There is no ramp availble for luggages,therefore, they've been carried up and down to the lobby. Bath top has water leaking problem, rusty yellow color inside the bath top. It is hard to open the window, no screen on the window, it could lead to accident to children.The beach area is too small, dispointed about the size and condition on the beach. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly every time we moved. The shower was stained and leaked. The bathroom fan was covered in dust and so it didn't do its job. We ran out of toilet paper. The elevators were old and falling apart. The wait could be quite long for the valet to get your car. Definitely in need of updates and repair. No fresh air in the room without windows opened A guest from ruckersville, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 The smell of chemicals in the room when we entered after it was cleaned was so strong that we could not be inside for a long time. We could not open any window to get fresh air. It's the biggest disadvantage we found in this property. The beds were comfortable, location was good, kitchenette was helpful. Room has a good size. If the management replaces the windows for new ones with capability to open easily and changes the cleaning routine we might come back to stay, otherwise - no. Castle Beach Club Condo Spring Break 2010 Reviewed by: Darlene K. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2010 The overall experience was GREAT! I would have liked to have been warned about the condition of the pool area and other construction (9:00 am hammering of concrete each weekday) in advance. The security and valet staff were all very courteous and we felt very safe. The price was still reasonable despite the construction for the time of year (spring break).
