It was a bit dirty, but ok for us. We waited a long time by the check in. 2 of 4 elivators were out of order. We'll come back soon. The bed in the unit was INFESTED with bed bugs / mites which was extremely repulsive. We could see them come through the bed sheet. I would not recommend this unit to anybody. We played on the beach all day and were within walking distance to great clubs like LIV at night. Definitely recommend. One note: there is no housekeeping for the week. It's a room with a small kitchenette and a bit of furnishing. For the price it was reasonable but it's not glamorous. The beach behind the building isn't great, but you can walk down the beach a bit to find a nicer location. Just a warning: there's no cell phone reception in the room. Nice little place with a big view Reviewed by: Steve W. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2010 We only were there for two days but wouldn't hesitate to stay longer if we were to return to the area. The building is showing its age and seems to be a little behind in maintenance. Once you walk into the apartment though everything is well maintained and fresh looking. Here is what I found to be less than perfect: We had a 3rd person with us and we could have used some extra bed pillows for the fold out couch. Something left a stain in the bottom of the bathtub, but I don't blame them for not replacing it. The shower curtain should have been replaced or at least washed. Little areas in the bathroom floor corners were either dirty or stained. Some sort of bleach product might have made it look better. Other than those problems, everything was quite nice and the view is beautiful from high above the beach. Also, a gate at the back of the property opens directly to the beach. There was little things that were welcomed like washing up stuff, kitchen roll etc. in the past we had to go out and buy these things. There was crumbs on the table under the glass that were missed and I wouldn't sit in the chair which was quite stained but other than that very nice place to stay.
