The bathroom has a jaccuzzi tub, for a very relaxing experience. The kitchenette has the perfect setup to prepare breakfast and small meals. It is equipped with a small Fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, burners, grill-oven, dishes and glassware.

The building has a great location and has a direct access to the beach. It also includes several amenities such as a fitness center, free wireless internet access in the lobby area, shops (hair salon, internet cafe and Turkish and Russian Baths) and Valet Parking.

Don't stay here if you're not a fan of cold showers and leaks Anna C. from Austin, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2013 The view is great, but that's it. The shower, kitchen faucet, and A/C leaked water. When I complained about not having hot water in the shower, the manager asked if the water was warm. Ugh, hardly and that makes me think that warm must be good enough for this place. They did come out and fix the shower leak, but I never had hot water. They left the tub filthy after fixing the leak and also left a bucket in the middle of the kitchen. Kitchen sink didn't have hot water either because it wasn't even hooked up to the hot water outlet. The walls were filthy. The area around the A/C filter leaked a ton of water all over the kitchen counter and floor. As an added bonus, the place is located right in front of the elevators so you hear the elevator going up and down, the "ding", and people talking while waiting for the elevator. Very nice Studio in perfect location in Miami Beach Fernando S. from Buenos Aires, BA recommends this property.
