This is a wonderful family home on Payette Lake. 4 bedroom 3.5 bath lake front home that sleeps 8 guests. Gorgeous views of Payette Lake.The home is located about 5 miles down Warren Wagon Road. It is roughly one mile south of North Beach. This is a perfect quiet location on the lake. The living area seats 9 and there are 15 seats around the dining table and kitchen. The downstairs has two Master suites. They both have separate baths and king sized beds.There are two additional bedrooms upstairs. The first one has queen sized bed and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs. The home also boasts a large deck, sandy beach and dock slip.

Ryan Lake House Off Site Katy C. from Boise, ID does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 The property was VERY disappointing: Primary Reason: Filthy deck and out-door cooking area COVERED with rodent droppings (amazing how bad) and cob webs at back door entry - I cannot imagine a $200 cleaning fee on top of $500 / night (completely unsanitary and unacceptable)- I cleaned as much as I could using found broom, rags, and detergent. Other Reasons (not nearly as bad as deck area): No TV (cable / satellite not working - we even called the rental agent to verify) No garbage can in kitchen No bar soap in bathroom showers Over $1300 for two nights - only should be charged for functional, clean, and premium accomodations. Very disappointed to say the least and feel ripped off compared to promise on web site/feedback from staff. Needs landscaping, trees block view grass was not good. Pine needles hurt feet needs tlc outside. Quiet, Everything You Need and Close to Town. David B. from Wilton, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Overall we loved the place and would definitely return. Great for families, has a beach, shallow water, close to everything. Friendly neighbors offered us use of their kayaks. Even caught two big 'bows off the doc. One small issue: we woke up to some small animal "pellets" on the deck.
