The only suggestion - since there is no air conditioning, you should have three fans instead of only one. Also the tv in the living room would not connect to dish/cable. Great location/size... definitely needs a good cleaning, though! A guest from Meridian, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Stayed here for 4 days(New Year 2012) ~ We will surely rent here again - very reasonable rate and terrific location, as well. Ponderosa Park just down the street and Payette Lake just beyond... Kitchen/Dining and Living room are large with lots of natural light. Secondary bedrooms and bathroom are configured oddly, but adequate/fine. This home's floors (hardwood in kitchen, carpet and all rugs) need a good, thorough cleaning, for sure!
