This spacious new home in Spring Mountain Ranch features an open floor plan and has privileges to the Spring Mountain Ranch amenities, which include seasonal outdoor pool and tennis, and year round hot tub and fitness room.The main floor has hardwood floors, a bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom in the hallway with stall shower, and large great room with floor to ceiling windows. The living room has a commanding river rock gas fireplace, comfortable furniture that will seat 7, dining table with 7 chairs, and large kitchen with 3 stools at the island.Upstairs is an open loft with a wood bannister with sofa and chair. There are two very large bedroom suites on either side of a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a pocket door to a private sink and vanity areas, then another door leading to the shared toilet and tub/shower room. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, and the other large bedroom has a queen sized bed. This home is near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has lots of trees in the backyard, with natural landscaping in the front yard and several very large boulders.You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 We are a group of graduate student who wanted to spend the weekend on the slopes. This cabin more than exceeded our expectations. It was well kept, the washer/dryer were perfect the location was excellent and the overall stay was wonderful. We especially liked the plush carpets to nurture our slope sore feet. The management was also a great help to me. Beautiful forest views and plentiful wildlife. Marc B. from Boise, Idaho recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2011 Loved cabin amenities but could of used a once over dusting to remove cobwebs and bugs from corners and windows. Some bedding was in need of cleaning. Nice but not great. A guest from Boise, ID does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2011 We did enjoy the home's location, cleanliness and furnishings. It was overall pretty good however we were disappointed with a couple of things. There are no window blinds in two of the bedrooms or two of the bathrooms. These rooms face the neighboring home. I believe that the homeowner needs to install blinds for privacy and to block the morning light. Also two of the bathrooms were quite cold due to lack of heaters in them. The small older tube Television functioned fine but for the price of the rental I would expect a bit nicer setup.
