the house is one big master suite A guest from Chatsworth, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2011 First you should know that i already took the time to call in and tell Shirly (i think) about the items below so as to make A.S. better at what they do, so getting this e-mail is a bit ironic.The house was well appointed, we had a great time, and were able to work around the problems, for the most part, which were:absolutely NO privacy for the parents. you could hear a pin drop down in the dining/kitchen/living room from the master bed and bathroom. It's like the house was designed by a dumb blonde: looks pretty but stupid, no attention to practicalities like privacy, noise, upper cabinets in the kitchen etc... Also had intermitant trouble with the downstairs TV and the microwave.also while the house was generally clean, under all the furniture was filthy, I look under beds before we go to find lost socks etc and was appaled at the really thick dust. The other big thing was while the maintenence guy was terrific, and the office called him right away when we had a ?, better would be a book with HOUSE SPECIFIC details on premesis: when is trash day? is there a snow heater on the roof or in the drive? how to light the pilot in the fireplace, what is garage door exterior key pad code por is there a clicker for it? etc...would i recomend this property??? NO if there were more that a couple or NO privacy upstairs was required. Acomodation services?: frindly, nice efficient, could do better in a few areas like inspection of home, anticipating commen sense needs of clientsi hope these comments help and don't hurt, they are ment to be constructive Property Manager Response: Response from Accommodation Services, LLC Wow! A beautiful home. Adrienne W. from Lewiston, Idaho recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2011 We had a fantastic time. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is great--away from the noise of town, but easy to get to. We used the Ranch hot tub both nights, and that was really nice as well. Will definitely be back. Great Stay at Hunters Lodge Jeannie M. from Boise, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2010 This home is perfect for enjoying large family dinners as the kitchen is spacious and well outfitted. The master bedroom was quite luxurious and the two downstairs queen bedrooms were pretty and comfortable. I like Spring Mountain Ranch because it is quiet, the Ranch House offers fitness/pool/hottub, and one cah get into town easily. 5 stars.
